The energy of the Full Moon can amplify our emotions and intensify our dreams. The brilliance of the moon during this time, not only lights up the earth but shines light on those things in our lives that we are not always able to see. It will allow us to see our relationships and current situations more clearly. As well as those things that we have ignored or repressed. As we look more deeply at our lives, it is the time to find things we need to shed or release. A Soundbath is the perfect way to honor this ritual of insight and release.
Sound has been used as medicine for thousands of years in many different cultures. In our soundbaths, crystal singing bowls, chimes, didgeridoo, tingshas, gongs, tuning forks, and drums are used to promote healing on mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Chakra Balancing Soundbath

This workshop kicks off with an opportunity to have your chakras assessed. Starting at the Root Chakra, you will be guided through simple movements, stretches, and breathwork to balance each energy center. Crystal singing bowls tuned to the note for each chakra will be utilized to create calm, clarity, and a deeply relaxed state where your body can heal itself by releasing blocked energy. The session concludes with a sound meditation and an opportunity to assess the effects of the practice on your chakras.
A chakra is a concept from ancient Indian traditions referring to energy centers in the body. There are seven main chakras, each associated with different physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of life. They are believed to regulate the flow of energy throughout the body.
When these chakras are balanced, it’s said that energy flows freely, promoting health and well-being. If blocked or unbalanced, it’s believed to cause physical or emotional issues.
